Papa's Little Girl

Emma has found a new favorite person at Mike's parents house - Papa Collins. It used to be that when we went over there she only wanted me (this is when she was really little!), then she only wanted Mike there. For a few years it was Grandma. Now it is Papa. She loves watching him make things and absolutely loves helping him. He let her help make pot roast and clean the table after supper yesterday and she was in heaven. However, when he sits down and watches TV, she runs right back to Grandma. Ellie is now in the Grandma phase and also a daddy phase at home. It is really cute seeing her and Mike playing alone together. I am home with them all day long, so there is no jealously there at all, just thankfulness that I get a little break sometimes!
